We do not ordinarily seek to collect sensitive information through this website. Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent.

How we store your information

Enquiry information is received and stored within our Microsoft 365 business email environment. Squarespace, our website platform, also processes form submissions in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or trade personal information. We may disclose personal information to service providers that support our website, communications and business operations, including Squarespace and Microsoft 365, where reasonably necessary to operate the website and respond to enquiries. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

Website analytics and cookies

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace may collect information about visitors’ browsers, networks, devices, IP addresses, referring pages and use of the website to operate, secure and improve its platform.

We may use Squarespace analytics and performance cookies to understand website traffic and activity and to improve the website. Non-essential cookies are restricted unless a visitor accepts them through the cookie banner. Visitors can decline or manage non-essential cookies using the options provided on the website.

Necessary cookies may still be used where required for the website to function securely and correctly.

Accessing or correcting your information

You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that you believe is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.

In some circumstances, we may be unable to provide access to particular information or make the requested correction. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason for that decision and the options available to you.
